Clinic Notice
According to Colorado State Law, all students must be current on their immunizations prior to attending school. We understand that the new varicella immunization has been a little confusing, so we gave everyone an extra week to get it taken care of. If your child’s immunizations are not up to date they will not be allowed to come to school. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Nott in the clinic at (720) 972-5745.

BRRRR...
In Colorado, you never know when to predict snowy days. Please make sure your children come to school prepared for the cold weather and sudden temperature changes. Children will go outside for recess unless the temperature is below 20° (with the wind chill) or if there is measurable precipitation. Also, please remember that our school is air-conditioned. If the weather outside is 90 degrees, it could be chilly inside. Consider having your child pack a light jacket in their backpack.

Drop Off and Pick Up
Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance to us. Please make sure that your child is dropped off no earlier than 8:45 a.m. and picked up no later than 3:30 p.m. (2:15 on Wednesdays). Staff members are outside on duty only 10 minutes at the beginning and end of the school day.
If your child is dropped off early or picked up late, you will receive one written notice. After that notice, they will be taken to the B.A.S.E. Program and will be charged a fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To avoid possible miscommunication, it is imperative that after school arrangements are made before your child comes to school.
We will no longer be able to give messages to students unless it is an emergency.
