- 100 new items will be included in next year’s catalog.
- ABC is brining back the 50% profit next year instead of 45%.
- The mystery gift will only count as 1 item next year.
- We had 86% family participation this year! Last year it was 73%.
- ARE ranked 3rd in revenue with ABC.

- Misty Crump explained how the donations (instead of buying from the catalog) work. We brought in $780 through donations only. Sandy will check with ABC to see if we can change how donation giving works next year to benefit ARE better.

Misty Crump:
Trunk-or-Treat:
- The winners for this year’s Trunk-or-Treat was: 1st place Ghost Busters; 2nd place Disco Dancing; 3rd Dead Dracula.  Debbie Decker did a fantastic job collecting prize donations. All the cars got a prize.
- Chick-Fil-A passed out over 1000 coupons!
- Bryon Sack thanked everyone who donated candy and decorated cars. However, there were only 12 cars this year compared to 26 last year. Bryon said it is so easy to decorate a car. You don’t have to go all out- just having a little decorations in the trunk along with candy helps out immensely. *Please consider participating with a car next year.

- ARE’s most up-to-date budget is +$19,676 from ABC fundraising.
- Misty mentioned Book Adventure with Sylvan Learning Centers. More info to come on this new online reading program.

Doug Lardes:
-Spoke about the 7 document cameras/Smart Carts we have and how much it would be to buy every classroom a camera and projector. With the annual $8500 that PSO gives to upgrade the school’s technology over all + a doc camera and projector for every classroom $18,622 would be the estimate needed. A motion was placed by Robert Lee; The motion was 2nded by Bryon Sack; The motion was approved.
