Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration for the 08-09 school year
8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

At the time of registration, parents must have the following information:

• Birth certificate - child must be 5 years of age on/or before September 15, 2008 (the district makes NO exceptions)
• Immunization Record - current immunizations must include:
  5-DPT, 4-Polio, 2-MMR, 3-Hepatitis B, 2-Varicella (chicken pox)
• Proof of Residency - utility bill, lease agreement, real estate contract, etc. (we cannot accept a driver's license)
• Current Phone Numbers - phone numbers for home, work, two emergency contacts, and physician
  
  Parents may pick up a registration packet at the office beginning January 14, 2008.
  We CANNOT accept incomplete registration paperwork. Please ensure that you have all the items listed above when you come for registration.
  
  All Day Kindergarten
  At this time we cannot guarantee that we will have the space available to offer an all day kindergarten program. We are currently working with the district to address the issue of our increasing enrollment. At the time of registration we will have families sign an "interest list" for the all day program. You must have have a completed registration packet before you sign the all day kindergarten interest list. In the event we have an all day program, we will fill the class in order from the interest list. We are hoping to know by the end of February if we will have an all day class.
