Cougar Club Challenge!

Where Learning Never Ends

(Caution: This club is only for students wishing to get smarter, go above and beyond, impress Mrs. Jenkins, their parents, and their classmates.)

This is a club for students who are interested in exploring and learning more about this amazing world of ours. All you have to do is learn about the topic, and then come tell Mrs. Jenkins you are ready to answer a challenge question. She will set up a time with you to “take the challenge.” When taking the challenge, you will not be able to have a sheet with the answers written on it. The answers must come from your brain.

For each topic that you master you will earn a “star” on our classroom Cougar Challenge Chart. You can become a 1 star member, all the way up to an 84 star member! Best of luck and thank you for accepting the challenge! Learning never ends, and your journey to becoming a life long learner starts here.

A Note to Parents and Students:

To get started choose any question below. You do not have to do them in order, and you may research the topics using reference books or the web sites. Your work can be done in school or at home. Be a smart Internet researcher! I have made every attempt to ensure that the content on the following links is appropriate for students. However, please remember to practice safety rules when using the Internet. Do not click on any pop-up windows or advertisements. Always tell Mrs. Jenkins if you see anything you think might be inappropriate.
